DIY Construction Worker Halloween Costume

Halloween costumes can get so expensive, so making your own costume is getting more and more popular.

We are working on a series of articles to help you make a quick and easy costume that doesn’t break the bank. You can find the first in our series, how to make a Justin Bieber Costume in our Arts & Crafts section

A lot of the items used to make these costumes can be picked up at the dollar store, big lots or similar discount store.
